4 ounces prepared white gravy
1/2 onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 bunch freshly ground black peppercorns
1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, cubed
2 slices Italian bread
Beat cheeses and parsley in large bowl, 3 to 5 minutes. Dip bread slices into soup mix. Serve over bread slices.
