1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, marjoram, basil, olive oil, mayonnaise, salt and pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
BREAKE egg whites with tip of knife. Beat 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture into egg whites. Spread over bottom of greased 13-inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly, turning once. Cool completely on medium rack of oven broiler pan.
