3 1/4 cups butter, softened
1 2/3 cups white sugar
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup chopped brown sugar
1 (1 ounce) envelope instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs
1/8 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, flour, eggs and baking soda until smooth; beat in the brown sugar, pudding and milk. Roll into desired shapes.
Drop crushed chocolate cookies into the cream cheese mixture, stirring fast and slowly to coat. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until firm. Cool on parchment paper before removing from cookie sheets to wire racks to cool completely. Cool completely before storing in plastic wrap.
