1 cup coarse Italian seasoning
1 cup dried basil
1 cup dried oregano
1 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 onions, sliced
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped cooked cauliflower
1/2 cup olive oil
3 teaspoons dried basil flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 cup chopped tomatoes
In a small bowl, whisk together Italian seasoning, basil, oregano and red wine vinegar. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, onion, cauliflower and olive oil and stir to form a large patty. Place 1/2 cup dry bread cubes over the heated oil and pour over the vegetables. Let marinate 30 to 60 minutes; flip, and repeat.
