1 pound ripe tomatoes, chopped
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 ounce Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon dried parsley
3 green onions, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons dried oregano
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place tomatoes in a medium bowl, and mash together. Stir in cheese, seasoning, parsley, green onions, corn, milk, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
