1 (3 ounce) package frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package frozen blueberries, thawed
1 cup fresh pineapple juice
1 cup cream of coconut
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small orange, juiced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, celery and orange juice. Fold in to mixture. Spread into pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until custard is set.
Okay, Mrs. R.......I made this because......I had all the ingredients....yep, I got it exactly what I wanted. When I made it, I didn't realize it had 1152 Calories.........amazing!!!
