1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Place chicken strips in a large resealable plastic bag. Place chicken strips in resealable plastic bag; seal and squeeze bag to hold. Remove chicken strips and cut into 1 inch cubes. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until browned and crispy. Remove chicken strips from skillet and place back in skillet. Cook about 1 minute or until golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve chicken with sauce and vegetables.
