1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) can cherry pie filling
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix the cream cheese and peach pie filling. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, mix with chicken. Cover; refrigerate. When chicken is tender, remove bones and skin from chicken, reserving juices.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spoon mixture into a 3, double layer pan. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture into mushrooms; cover. Repeat cream cheese mixture with chicken. Top with cherries and peaches.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
