Subbed 1/2 cup of shredded and soaked shrimp (it feature dried shrimp, so I used 8 slices). Although, I did find that 1/4c of nuts in the water give it a shrimp texture, I didn't think it was enough. I did end up adding another cup of nuts, besidesstructurally, I think it's still a yummy dish. A great main dish, too.
