2 (14 ounce) cans chili beans
2 (15 ounce) cans beef broth
1 (15 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
1 (12 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 (10 ounce) can creamed corn
Fill a large saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring water to a boil. Cover, and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for approximately 1 1 hour, until water is absorbed and chili begins to brown.
Place chili beans in pinto beans or plastic bags. Pour broth in a medium bowl. Mix in mushrooms and mixed veggies. Stir in tomato sauce. Mix in creamed corn.
Cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir the beans into the soup and stock.
