1/2 cup coarsely chopped blueberries
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup cranberry juice
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon coffee-flavored liqueur
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, mix blueberries, sour cream, cranberry juice, lemon juice, lemon flavor and sugar. Shape dough into a 2 inch log. Place on prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 in. to 10 in. baking pans. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling racks.
