1 (.75 ounce) package active dry yeast
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 tablespoons potato starch
1 pinch salt
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
8 ounces Dijon mustard
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
In a large bowl, dissolve honey in warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) and add potato starch. Mix in salt, sugar and parsley. Let stand to dissolve, about 10 minutes.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread dough on earthen dumplings/pan slices or average crackers. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
