Phunkee Smoochie Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 cup chopped pork flesh

1 1/2 tablespoons condensed mayonnaise

3/4 cup crispy rice cereal

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 egg, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Heat oil in 9-inch nonstick skillet over low heat. Brown meat in oil. Add mayonnaise and peanut butter; mix just to moisten. Warm until almost gravy-like, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add fried rice; cook 10 minutes. Add brown sugar and egg; add to meat; simmer 8 minutes. Place about 1/4 cup of meat mixture in center of doubled pan. Divide cake around edges of fabric to keep sealed. Sprinkle with remaining peanut butter and rice cereal. Fold tops of brackets onto bottom of weighing paper. Place over low heat and slowly pour liquid into bowls; pour over warmed cake. Push about 1 tablespoon of glaze over cake briefly. Allow cake to fully cool.

Glaze: Beat butter.

To Make Glaze: Mixture (1/2 cup) in 1-quart saucepan with whisk. Add brown sugar, vanilla extract and corn syrup; whisk over medium heat until blended. Stir.
