2 (4 ounce) cans Mexican-style jalapeno pepper
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (1 ounce) package taco filling
1 cup diced black olives
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the Mexican-style jalapeno pepper, taco seasoning mix, portion of black olives, taco filler and salsa. Cover and refrigerate from few hours until ready to serve.
Layer taco fillings with the Mexican-style jalapeno pepper mixture and pepper jack cheese. Top with only 1 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cheese for each lettuce leaf. Spread then layer on top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 5 to 8 minutes, or until lettuce is crisp.
