1 jar salsa
1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream with chicken
2 (16 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, drained
1 cup diced onion
3 slices Cheddar cheese
In a blender, combine salsa, black olives, sour cream, tomatoes and onion. Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature.
