Cheese Tip Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

2 pounds famous Italian cheese, sliced

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, beat egg whites well with milk until foamy. Beat in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, cheese slices and eggs. Mix.

Brush bottom of graham cracker crust with 1/2 cup egg whites. Mix egg whites with milk. Press cheese slices into crust.

In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, basil, Italian seasoning and Italian seasoning. Mix together.

Roll out crust. Cut out 8 cheese slices. Place cheese slices onto crust. Place salad greens on top. Place remaining slices on top.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Bake an additional 10 minutes for subtle cheese flavor.
