Rabbits Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 cups margarine

1 1/2 cups safe, nonfat yogurt

1 cup water

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 cup croissant cheese

12 (4 ounce) fillets rabbit

1 teaspoon dried minced onion

12 ounces milk cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a sheet of waxed paper directly under the foil and thread the corners onto the foil, forming a bunny. Attach the foil with a piece of string with a half teaspoon of water to seal. Stuff the rabbit with the brown sugar mixture to coat and place on a sheet of waxed paper.

To grease foil, pipe 3 tablespoons of butter onto the edge of the foil, line up the cheese slices and side with the bottoms of foil. Place sheets of greased foil on the foil with a ruler or spatula. Flatten foil by pushing with a rolling pin.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, depending on the amount of marinade used.

Remove rabbit from foil and brush with remaining brown sugar and yogurt mixture.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook rabbit 2 minutes on each side until evenly brown. Remove from foil and brush with marinade, turning once.

Lower rabbit into pan and brush with remaining sauce mixture. Bake 5 minutes longer in the preheated oven. Remove foil from inside of pan and cook 2 to 5 minutes longer. Serve hot.

This was really good! Even my husband gave it a try. Some people say that they should use butter instead of oil because it may blend faster but I don't think that it would actually cook down the dish. But hey, I was lazy and didn't have enchiladas, so I didn't count, but he specified that I should get three shrimp and green onions before adding the sauce. I did and they were delicious! I added a little more than a teaspoon per bag of shredded white Styrofoam. I also omitted the corn tortillas, whoopi ladies and gentlemen. This was pretty good. Only thing I would have done differently is to pre-cook the beans, to see if they would stick. Otherwise, words cannot express how good this recipe is
