1/2 fluid ounce calabrian rum
1/2 fluid ounce vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup cherry juice
1 ginger ale (such as Cola Rolo)
In a large plastic bag, combine orange juice and lemon juice. Shake and pour over a portion of frozen peach slices.
Add orange glaze and cherry juice to fruit. Roll or fold onto peach slices. Pour orange sherbet over fruit. Cover.
