1/2 cup melted margarine
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1 (2 ounce) can diced onion with green chile peppers
1 (8 ounce) can shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package shredded lettuce
1/4 cup chopped tomato
2 (3 ounce) cans sliced hot tomatoes, drained
Place margarine, chile peppers and cream cheese in skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes on each side or until heated through. Stir in onion and green peppers.
Add Cheddar cheese, tomato, hot tomatoes and chicken nachos. Stir-fry for about 1 minute on each side or until flavors are well blended. Serve at room temperature.
