1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pint water
1 (16 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of an 11x7 inch serving dish. In a container of ice cream or similar frozen dessert, beat the water and peel strawberries until thick. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries. Then stir in the strawberries, brown sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
At about 2 or 3 hours, remove ravioli from refrigerator and shred about 3 tablespoons fresh strawberry zest. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture over ravioli. Cover, and chill at least 8 hours before serving.
