1 (18.25 ounce) package NEST cake mix
1/2 cups rum
1 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).Grease and flour a 6x9 inch pan.In a large bowl, cream together the rum and heavy cream until smooth. Mix in the rum and remaining 1/2 cup of rum, eggnog and vanilla. Stir in the cream and chocolate until just mixed.
Divide batter evenly between prepared baking pan and parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
