1 (2 ounce) package dry white vermouth
2 limes, diced
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch strips
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 (8 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
In a blender or food processor, combine vermouth, lemon-lime soda and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour over cuts of fish and a salad. Sprinkle with parsley and lime.
