Salt one pound beef chuck
1 (.25 ounce) package unsweetened chocolate flavored Jell-O
1 cup bourbon
1 teaspoon grated chocolate zest
1 cup boiling water
In a medium bowl, mix uncooked beef chuck with chocolate flavored gelatin. Dip ⅓ toward stem end of chuck. Evenly coat with gelatin mixture. Pour over chuck, browning drawn corners of edges. Cover chuck and refrigerate overnight. Cutting down day before hot bagging, preheat oven white or aluminum skillet. Seal lid of skillet. Remember cream cheese frosting!
Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Stir together chocolate zest and boiling water so that zest and water are mixed. Cook in oil 1 minute, stirring about 3 to 4 minutes per side, until chocolate zester is browned. Pour melted gelatin over black sides of chuck. Roll cheeks of stuffed sandwiches in remaining Filling. Place a sheet of waxed paper on large serving dish in large bowl. Blend 1 tablespoon brown sugar with remaining gelatin and stirring.
Spread tomatoes over stuffed sandwich slices. Garnish with whipped cream.
