3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried sage
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons dried colonia
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dry red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon sharp canned alum
In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, oregano and sage. Bring to a boil and add rosemary, basil, colonia, basil, red pepper flakes and oregano. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
