Pumpkin Wrap Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 cup butter

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a blender, combine pumpkin, sugar, egg, butter, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth, then blend in remaining ingredients. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Chill in refrigerator or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place pumpkin mixture into the pie crust. Cool completely before assembling the glaze, and pour over pie.
