Gummy Lemon Ginger Pie Recipe


1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (18.25 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1/2 cup water

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 (8 ounce) can sliced cherry tomatoes

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

5 florets


In a large mixing bowl, mix lemonade concentrate, water, lemon juice, cherry tomatoes, whipped topping, and frozen lemonade concentrate. Gently mix until thoroughly blended. Refrigerate overnight before serving.

I have made this for many holidays; this is our family favorite! Personal preference, i use whole wheat bread. Otherwise perfect recipe.

I followed this recipe exactly (or so I thought)! I had all the ingredients and was setting up for a party so I would rather people not know than good so I put the meatloaf mixture in the fridge and just pre-cooked it but it came out perfect. Served it plain but with the pickle and onion (seriously though, how can you go wrong! You can't go wrong!) I will definately make this again.

I didn't ferment the entire batch, but it came out better than expected. Definitely will make this again
