1 (16 ounce) package egg white
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat egg white and sugar until foamy. Stir in flour, oil and egg until well mixed. Fold in vanilla. Spread batter into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until bubbles begin to show. Cool completely, and remove from pan.
