2 1/4 cups cranberries, soaked
3 tablespoons molasses
2 1/4 teaspoons orange maraschino cherry juice
1 1/2 tablespoons simple syrup
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon silver salt
1 package vanilla wafers, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup measuring cup.
Arrange cranberries into 2 trays. Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place cranberries in receptacle into oven, placing rack on top. Pour cranberry mixture over cranberry stems. Bake in middle oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Rinse and dry cranberries. Boil cherries, drizzle with sugar syrup, and serve immediately.
