Peanut Butter Banana Split Pie Recipe

Ingredients

Cake:

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 (15 ounce) package Peanut Butter Bites

1 (8 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

3 tablespoons milk

1 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon milk

1 vanilla extract

1 cup peanut butter

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, peanut butter bites, vanilla flavoring, pudding mix and pudding mix. Stir in milk, honey, vanilla extract and peanut butter. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Lightly grease a 9 inch or 12 ounce pie pan. Grease the bottom and sides of pie pan or crust. Place peanut butter mixture in pastry bag fitted with a 3/4 cup tip. Fill pan with cream cheese filling.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until filling is toothpick-sized and golden brown. Cool for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour, then serve warm.

We changed this up a little bit but still followed the recipe; put it in a 9x13 cake pan and boxed. It came out beautiful!
