Baby White Fruit Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9x13 inch) pan white cake

1 pint cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups yellow cake mix

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 egg, beaten

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup white sugar

1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13 inch pan with waxed paper.

Remove from baking sheet. Stir cream cheese and yellow cake mix into filling. Beat sugar and egg into cream cheese mixture. Mix flour and 1/4 cup sugar into creamed mixture. Mix butter, honey, and all-purpose flour into creamed mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Turn oven off and let stand for 25 minutes. Pour filling into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

Remove lid from pie. Reserve 8-inch pan for garnish. Spoon filling into pie shell. Serve warm.
