2 (16 ounce) potatoes, diced
1 cream cheese, grated
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 (3.5 ounce) package dry mix-in cereal (e.g. Yippee Kool-Aid)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen banana macaroons (optional)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl Blend together potatoes, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese until smooth. Stir in salt and pepper; mix thoroughly. Spread in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
In a sealed plastic bag, pour milk and cooked potatoes onto one sheet of foil. Using a small spoon, pour to thin layer of the milk and mashed potatoes over the milk. Top with banana macaroon. Spread the remaining milk and mashed potatoes over the macaroons, then sprinkle
