1 cup butter, melted
2 cups applesauce
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
Combine the melted butter and applesauce in a small mixing bowl. Mix together. Pour 3/4 cup of the batter into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.
Stir egg whites and brown sugar into the remaining batter. Place over the top of the applesauce. Pour raisins into the center.
Sterilize the rest of the cake in the freezer. Cool before using as a zucchini or apple and pear cookie mixture.
