2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried minced celery
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, salt, onion and celery. Stir in oil, lemon zest and lemon zest. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
