1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garbanzo beans, Creole seasoning and garlic cloves. Mix until well blended. Spread cream cheese mixture into crust. Roll pastry out. Cut into 4 slices.
Place crust in a roasting pan, and place pan on a large baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until center of crust is golden brown.
