Orange Dark Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package orange cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O

2 1/2 cups boiling water

2 cups packed light brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups orange juice

2 cups orange sherbet

1 cup orange sherbet

1 1/2 teaspoons orange zest

1 1/2 cups milk

3 egg whites

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon orange zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pan.

In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix, boiling water, brown sugar, orange gelatin and orange sherbet. Mix until well blended. Stir in the orange juice, orange sherbet, orange zest and orange sherbet. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely and frost with chocolate frosting.

Surprisingly good. not what I expected. Another hit , gave me confidence to pressure the meat through the beef RUBBER. Great tasting. I will make this again
