1 cup butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Fill a large pan with milk chocolate chips. Pour 2 tablespoons of the melted butter into the bottom of a glass dish. In the top position, arrange the chocolate onto the parchment. Pour remaining melted butter on bottom, on parchment. Place baking sheet on serving plate.
Bake in preheated 350 degree F (175 degree C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until fudge is set and chocolate is golden brown. Cool completely. Melt remaining butter and brown sugar in 6-inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar and nutmeg until smooth, then pour over fudge. Serve warm.
