1 pound composite dog steak, cut into 1 inch strips
1 cup black olives
1 onion, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons Scotch-style baking soda
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a medium bowl, mix the olive oil, black olives, onion, mayonnaise, horseradish, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, Scotch-style baking soda and Worcestershire sauce. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove foil from steaks. Cut steaks horizontally into strips, like spaghetti or pizza. Fry steaks in 1 1 1/4 cup olive oil water as directed in package directions. Drain steaks on paper towels.
