Chocolate Caramel Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 tablespoons white sugar

6 ounces crystallized corn syrup

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 cup water

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup diced tomatoes

2 teaspoons orange zest

2 teaspoons dried marjoram

1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

Place butter in a large bowl; beat cream until stiff, stirring constantly. Beat cream, sugar, corn syrup, sugar, water, celery, tomatoes and orange zest into the butter mixture until smooth. Stir in vinegar and whipping cream.

Beat all ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined. Pour mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.

Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 90 minutes.
