1 (4 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O
6 fluid ounces strawberry Jam
Spread the pudding mix evenly over the bottom of a sheet of waxed paper. Place the gelatin in the freezer overnight. Pour liquid jelly throughout the day.
In a large bowl, whip the strawberry gelatin until stiff, but not sticky. Place 1 teaspoon of raspberry juice into the center of each whipped pie in order to cover. Finish with raspberry jam and beat with an ice cream scoop. Chill until serving.
