Allow about a 1/4 cup of the remaining cheese to drip. This is when youll find it needs a little something. Try adding 1-2 tablespoons of chicken stock or white wine to chicken. You may need to add more seasoning to the sauce as well. This dish is not for everyone but if you are looking for something different, this is it.

I used 3 TBS more garlic powder and 1/2 cup of olive oil (for my taste). Also, I baked the meatballs (in a deep dish basting and mixing, I increased the time to 1 minute). My gross cooking time was 1 hour and 40 minutes, and measured in at 8-10 minutes. My family really enjoyed this dish, and I for one am going to make it again. Thank you!

I used 1/2 lb. of Lamb, sauteed onions, 4 slices of the cheese, and 4 slices of the chicken. I also used 1 cup of chopped ripe Fruit, instead of the fruit. Finally, I added 1/2 tsp. of dried Parsley and 1 tsp. of ground Sage. BOTH RED AND BLUE UNDERPAIR. A definite YUM!
