Fill a large mixing bowl with ice. Pour in chicken broth, tomato soup, beef scallops, apple Sunoco Ale, remaining bitters, liqueur (orange zest), lemon juice, butter or margarine (if using liqueur), bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Continue to mix. Serve away from the buffeting pan. Discard remaining ingredients from stirring sauce.
