1 cup butter, melted
6 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate-flavored chocolate drink mix
1 (6 ounce) container instant espresso cream
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix chocolate drink mix and chocolate syrup, and mix until smooth. Spread onto your lined baking sheet.
Bake in the microwave or in the freezer, allowing chocolate to set slightly. Frost with espresso cream.
Can't you just taste the chocolate?! That's what makes this recipe so delicious - the chocolate! You could use a little baking powder and maybe some powdered milk to turn this into a powdered chocolate frosting, but that would also be such a great addition to this recipe! You should try this! It's really delicious in small portions, and the taste is really good. I would definitely make this again!
