1 tablespoon olive oil
2 onions, chopped
3 carrots, peeled, cubed
3 stalks celery, peeled
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup marsala honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup white wine

In a mixing, puree onion, carrots and celery. Watch Now

Pour in milk, vinegar, sugar, tomato juice, salt and pepper. Blend overnight, then serve on warm pasta.
I've made this recipe many times and always get rave reviews from my guest. I never dry fry the crust. I sauteed veggies in 1 T butter, followed the recommendations of 3 t flour, doubled onion, oregano, cilantro and chili pepper, used 1 C half & half, and added a can of tomato sauce. Simply amazing!
