4 1/2 tablespoons margarine, softened
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) package frosting mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (1.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
In a medium bowl, cream together margarine, cocoa, milk, sugar and egg until smooth. Mix in the vanilla and chocolate extract. Chill until mixture is no longer sticky, then spread over ice cream. Refrigerate for several hours.
