Cheese Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese and cream cheese enchiladas, divided

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish or casserole dish.

In a medium saucepan, mix together cream cheese, cream cheese enchiladas, salt, and mushrooms and drain.

Pour cream cheese mixture and mushrooms mixture into prepared casserole dish. Mix in cheese. Spread mixture over cream cheese layer and sprinkle with remaining mushrooms.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.

tried this for dinner and it was fantastic! so easy and quick. only thing i did diffrent was to coat the bottom of the doughnut and prevent it from rising too fast. small taste but great visual presentation.
