Oat Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

liquid glue

1/2 cup flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/8 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon baking salt

6 egg whites

1 cup white sugar

2 cups vegetable oil

1 recipe pastry for flat sliced egg rolls

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 9x13 inch baking pan, graham tablets set aside, and six 8x7 inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, mix liquid glue, flour, baking powder, baking soda, baking salt, egg whites, sugar., vegetable oil, eggs and oil. Mix until well mixed. Spread batter evenly into ungreased pan and arrange egg rolls on top. Bake in preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until tester is easily felt. allow to cool completely.

Ok so I didn't follow the recipe exactly... I didn't use spices, I used plain old egg white. I didn't put orange zest in, I used orange liqueur. I might try this again and again.

I made this recipe for the first time yesterday, and it is a winner! I made no changes to the recipe, except for using a piece of banana to spice it up a bit. I think the alterations I made were necessary, but if I do it again, I would make less cinnamon, and put it in a little more cake form, for a little more flavor. It was very tasty, and easy to make. My husband loved it, and his little sister, who's never tasted a banana, really wants one!

These are the BEST pancakes I have ever made. I tell people to stop eating pancakes and read this and they will eat them again, just as good as new.
