6 egg whites
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup light brown syrup
6 glasses orange, grape or lemon zest
In a clean bowl, place egg whites and light brown sugar. Beat butter and brown sugar together with two cups orange syrup. Beat in light brown sugar. Add orange strained juice and zest of lemon. Transfer to remaining plastic container. Store in fridge.
