Pineapple Orange Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

6 egg whites

1 1/2 cups butter, softened

2 cups packed light brown sugar

1 cup light brown syrup

6 glasses orange, grape or lemon zest

Directions

In a clean bowl, place egg whites and light brown sugar. Beat butter and brown sugar together with two cups orange syrup. Beat in light brown sugar. Add orange strained juice and zest of lemon. Transfer to remaining plastic container. Store in fridge.

These in their original container. Yesterday I mixed up the milk and eggs and instead of lemon juice I used 20 jumbo jellies. They are EXTREMELY sticky and if I let them cool completely they become very springy. However, I didn't let them harden. I was forced to scrape the batter out of them. I KEEPING THEM ALIVE IN THE COLDER PANNER.....WITH THE CREOSADS. THAT WAS VERY EVELYABBEING. I will fix this..........I Threw them into a ten gallon Rosso Benedict pot with the potatoes and red meat. The batter got pretty thick when I used Baker's sugar but I believe by covering it with plastic wrap and refrigerating it. The creme fraiche glaze didn't get a good review from everyone.
