1/2 pound bacon, chopped
1 pound ground round
1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce with onion
1 cup vinegar
1 (16 ounce) can peeled and diced potatoes
1/2 cup red wine
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until crisp. Drain bacon grease.
In a small bowl, mix the mushrooms, tomato sauce, vinegar, potatoes, red wine, cream cheese, margarine, onions, tomato paste and lemon juice.
Cook and stir over medium heat until bacon is evenly browned.
