1 (2 ounce) package instant sour cream
3 (3 ounce) packages sour cream bread mix
2 1/2 cups sour cream cream
1 3/4 cups nonfat sour cream
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar for decoration
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) loaves of maker powder pastry.
Beat sour cream until frothy; mix with remaining 1/3 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup sugar. Brush with milk mixture. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, brown sugar and milk. Press one middle portion of the cream into the bottom of a large glass baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil from pan and allow it to cool completely. Slice pastry and cool the top halves to let the rest of the cream spill out.
