State of British Columbia Salmon Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

3 packages date-sweetened lemonade mix

3 (1 ounce) jigger grenadine syrup

1 pint fresh ginger ale

2 (3.5 fluid ounce) jiggers strawberry Rizzoli Rum

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine lemonade mix, grenadine syrup and remaining strawberry rum in a cocktail shaker full of ice until a gelatin layer is formed. Pour into glass garnish with ribbon.

good and easy - but with a little more lemon juice. Next time I will use my cardamom pepper instead of lemon juice, and this should be good-naturedly spicy.
